I kept seeing the same pattern among growing businesses: a great idea gains real momentum, then five different vendors — a designer here, a marketer there, a developer somewhere else — pull in slightly different directions, with no one connecting the dots.
My primary background is in project and risk management consulting. For more than nine years, I have led infrastructure and high-rise developments valued at over 3.2 billion, coordinated teams of more than 1,000 people, and served clients around the world. That experience taught me how to align diverse teams, manage complexity, and turn ambitious plans into coordinated action.
Alongside my consulting practice, I developed a complementary set of hands-on skills: design and UI/UX beginning in 2018, digital marketing in 2021, data analytics in 2024, and, most recently, AI automation. I built these capabilities through practical work with freelance and remote clients, not theory alone.
Junique Fusion brings these two sides together, applying the planning discipline required to manage complex, high-stakes projects to the strategy, branding, and growth challenges businesses face every day. It is not a side project separate from my core work; it is that expertise applied in a new context.
